💙To round off World Music Therapy Week, we asked our clients what music does for them, and these are some of the answers!

It is incredible how diverse and multifaceted music can be, from having both relaxing or energizing effects, to building self-identity or creating social opportunities, and especially expressing or regulating emotions – both positive and negative.

🎸It is no wonder that ‘music’ and ‘therapy’ go hand in hand, and we hope to continue supporting our clients through the healing power of music!
