Since 1952, Sunnyfield has grown in depth and breadth of support services. Working together with families, friends and dedicated staff, Sunnyfield supports a brighter future for people with disability. Guided by our values of respect, trust, honesty and innovation, it’s our mission to enrich the lives of people with intellectual disability through person-centred active support that creates choice,

opportunities and skills for life. Day to day, we deliver nearly 2,000 support services for people with disability, including children, teenagers, adults and seniors across NSW and the ACT.

Since joining Sunnyfield as a support worker, Warwick has been helping Timbo build healthy routines, confidence and real progress. From working towards wellbeing goals to seeing his favourite musician, Shannon Noll, live, it’s the shared moments that matter most.

Timbo even has a special connection with Shannon, both growing up in Condobolin and recently receiving a shoutout at a concert. A moment he won’t forget.

Local State MP Michael Regan, Independent Member for Wakehurst visited Sunnyfield Allambie, spending time with clients and chatting about sport, weekend plans, and what they’d love to see more of at the Hub!💬💚
Michael generously funded the entire accessible bathroom upgrade through the Community Building Partnerships program and was on hand for the unveiling.

The upgrade transformed the space by removing the existing bathtub and wall, creating more room and enabling the installation of a new hoist to better support our clients!
A meaningful upgrade that will make a real difference every day 🙌💚

The Shaping Abilities project delivered 12 weeks of pottery sessions at Sunnyfield’s Maitland Lifestyle Services Hub, supporting people to build skills, express themselves creatively and connect with others.

With small, supported classes led by a qualified instructor, participants grew in confidence each week, finishing with an exhibition to proudly showcase their work and celebrate what they achieved.

A big thank you to Maitland City Council for supporting the Shaping Abilities project and helping make it possible.
