The Motiva Ergonomix implant is designed to mimic the natural look and feel of breast tissue, adjusting shape depending on the patient’s position—more teardrop-shaped when upright, and rounder when lying down.

We selected a Full profile implant, which offers enhanced upper pole fullness and projection, while maintaining a natural curve— ideal for patients wanting a fuller, more lifted look without going ultra high-profile.

This patient came to us with a common concern—breast asymmetry. Prior to surgery, there was a noticeable size difference between the two breasts.

To achieve a balanced post surgery result, we performed a breast augmentation using two different implant sizes: 285cc on the smaller side and 300cc demi ergonomic on the larger side. By carefully selecting and placing these implants, we were able to create a beautifully symmetrical and proportionate result that complements the patient’s frame.
