Our Story
A boutique complementary health service provider for women.
Having a background of being an Athlete, changing my career path and entering the Health Industry as a Remedial Massage Therapist in 1998 was a perfect fit. Further studies in Sports Therapies, Reflexology, Bowen Therapy, Reiki and my personal favourite Australian Bush Flower Essences has ensued. There is always more to learn and my passion for helping others has only grown as the years have passed.
After nearly 20 years in the industry, the clients I have noted who always put themselves last and juggle the most on the whole are women. This is why my practice is specifically geared toward helping and supporting women. I wanted to provide a tranquil place, where wellness is nurtured to bring about harmony within a clients body, mind and spirit. the Integrative Healing Studio has been created to be your sanctuary, your escape from the everyday pressures; even if it is for an hour, it is YOUR hour. I will tailor a therapy treatment to meet you personal needs and preferences. The studio’s goal is to have you leave feeling restored, revived and inspired.
