There are multitude reasons to remove and replace breast implants. Reasons include

• Mechanical Failure of Implants – rupture
• Capsular Contracture
• Change of preference
• Wanting to go bigger.
• Wanting to go smaller.
• And the list goes on and on

In this patient, there was no rupture, no capsular contracture, she just wanted to have bigger implants, nothing over the top and was wanting to see a visible difference. She had a really good result following her first surgery.

She started off with Mentor Smooth High Profile 275 cc. Implants were replaced to Mentor Smooth High Profile 400cc.

Initially she felt there was no difference to her breast size, now she feels they are fuller and she no longer has to push them up as she did before.
