The EHA was incorporated in November of 2000, born from the hearts and minds of dedicated individuals passionate about Energetic Healing. During 2015 the EHA went through a process of evolution and in September of 2015 the International Energetic Healing Association branch of the EHA was established. The EHA works with member services Australia-wide and the IEHA works with our global family. Who i

s the International Energetic Healing Association Member? Our members are individuals who reside in a vibrant world of Energy and recognize the Mind-Body-Spirit as an intelligent, dynamic system. We provide support to other Beings at whatever level is needed in order to bring their systems into balance. We understand and trust the inherent healing systems within each Being and guide those in need of Balance to Trust and Listen to their own systems. How the practitioner uses the modality they select, how they are able to flow with the Beings own unique Journey and how they engage the Being in their own Healing Process, all are important for an IEHA Practitioner. Therefore an IEHA Member may be a nutritionist, osteopath, bodyworker, crystal worker, acupuncturist, herbalist or even a surgeon! It is the MINDSET that is Energetic!

This month, we're exploring the theme of connection and highlighting one of the directors of IEHA, Irina Gladushchenko. Irina has been leading business operations since 2018, with a focus on fostering connection and encouraging co-creation within the IEHA community.

Renowned for her integrative approach as both a leader and practitioner, she offers support and gentle encouragement to all.

One of the greatest gifts I’ve cultivated in my life is the ability to deeply rest.

To listen when my body whispers,
To pause when my spirit asks for space,
To unplug, step back, and simply be with myself.

I used to feel guilty for taking time off.

For napping. For doing nothing.

But now I know: rest is a sacred art.

It is the wellspring of creativity, vision, and alignment.

We live our lives 50% inward, 50% outward.

Yet we’ve been conditioned to only value the visible, the productive, the doing.

But the inner world—the transpersonal, the soulscape, the dreaming—is equally vital.

Rest is not laziness. It is a radical act of self-trust.

It’s where we reconnect to source.
It’s how we magnetise.

A Woman doesn’t chase.

She aligns. She anchors. She attracts.

There is great power in knowing when to act… and when to rest.

This month, we're shining a light on one of our globally accredited partners-Peter Smith: author, teacher, and consciousness researcher.

Pete is a trail blazer in the field of human consciousness. He founded the Institute of Quantum Consciousness (IQC) to embrace the synchronicities between some of the core principles of Quantum Physics and expanded states of awareness. Pete was president of the Michael Newton Institute (MNI) for ten years and has trained many of the practitioners around the world. His last two books include "Quantum Consciousness - Journey through other realms" offering the philosophy of and case studies from the IQC and "The Transcendence of Celeste Kelly" - a story of metaphysical fiction.

IEHA is honoured to be able to work alongside and support Peter and his work.
