As wellness practices today, yoga and Pilates are both celebrated for their numerous health benefits, from offering connection to the body and stress relief to developing flexibility, strength, control, and endurance. There are countless interpretations of both disciplines (and one person’s balance class is another person’s cardio), but what links them both is breath work.
🍀Let's talk about our timetable to have pilates and yoga in your life:
🍃Monday, you will find the amazing Chilean Physiotherapist Technician, Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow and Acro Yoga Instructor, specialized in alignment and conscious yoga
She just arrived 1 month ago and has so many to share with us, I will be with her to translate and share with you all the knowledge Paz has. ( How lucky we are❗️)
🍃Tuesday , Paz will teach by herself, so if you want to learn Spanish and hatha yoga, go for, 100 % recommend.
🍃The Pilates classes are just very good to work your cardio, alignment, and mental strength. You will simle & sweat a lot.
🍃The vinyasa classes are preparing for people who like to move in every range of motion, in different directions, a class with a lot of self-love and soft music to travel during your breath.
🍃Thursday 6am we have the marvellous .reiki who will share her knowledge, energy 🙌 doing reiki during we do yin yoga, if you need release and start your day with energy-healing come to Jungle Yoga Thursday 6 am.
