After months of drawing, designing, sculpting, moulding , forging, cutting, sanding and polishing the master bowl was created but it was 1cm off the golden ratio ๐ซ so we had to do it all over again. But finally it's done. Hopefully I'll get to show you all the final work soon. It still needs to be anodized to bring out the magical colours. Anup

Day 30: Crystal handle bowls
๏ฟผWelcome to our final episode. Iโve put you all in suspense for the final one so you are in for a treat today. This singing bowl is made of clear Quartz Crystal, coloured red and sings in the throat chakra. It has a handle on the bottom to allow you to move it around your body for healing work. Such a gorgeous deep sound.
Our backdrop is another one that we will be using in our workshop video. More information on that to come in the future. Take care and thanks for coming on this sound journey with me.
Day 20 (Take 2): Fine Vibration
Todayโs singing bowl is wonderful for healing as it is both light to use and has a strong vibration. Heart chakra again (can we ever have too much heart energy โบ๏ธโค๏ธ). Enjoy.

Day 28: Speak from the Heart ๐
The musical note of F# has always been a favourite of mine. This tone is believed to resonate with your higher heart or thymus chakra. Between your heart and throat chakras. Important values of this energy is speaking openly from your heart.
Day 27: Meditating through the noise
Do you ever start to meditate and suddenly an orchestra of construction machinery, traffic sirens, or radio music starts up? This happened a little today, but it reminded me of the lesson to allow โwhat isโ to be. Meditation is bring with the bow and what is in the moment. Day 23: How low can you go!
Todayโs singing bowl is very deep. One of the deepest tones due to its shape and hammered effect. Itโs a low B note with F# overtone. Creating a 5th harmony. Most hammered bowls create a 5th or 4th tone.
