It’s one of the most common (and most misunderstood) pelvic health concerns we see. And while it might feel scary to talk about, we’re here to take the fear out of it.⁠

Prolapse simply means some of the pelvic organs have shifted from their usual position. It’s more common than you think — especially after childbirth or with ageing — and the good news is, there’s so much we can do to help.⁠

🔎 Type 3–4? That’s the goal — smooth, sausage-shaped, and easy to pass.⁠
