2 MINUTE PANCAKE BOWL - Rocky road, biscoff & choc!šŸ˜šŸ«

Remarking this as it’s a staple you and my clients are still loving!ā¤ļø

Ingredients (per bowl)
- 35g self raising flour
- 20g protein powder
- 50g vanilla yoghurt
- 1 egg
- 45mL almond milk (more or less depending on how big your eggs are)
- 5g maple syrup
- Pinch of salt
- Toppings of choice

Microwave for 2 minutes & enjoy!šŸ«¶šŸ»

the viral lemon meringue pie bowl!šŸ„§šŸ‹

If you’re anything like me and love a yoghurt bowl - you are going to love this high protein, lemon mirague version šŸ˜šŸ‹šŸ„§

Its 210 calories, 4 ingredients and 20g of protein

- 200g vanilla yoghurt
- squeeze of lemon + zest
- 1 meringue nest (10g)
- 20g lemon curd

My body didn’t change in 2025 because I worked harder or tried what was trending on social media/.

It changed because I stopped doing the same things that never worked, and did what always will

What I did differently šŸ‘‡

I hired a coach.
Even as a coach myself. A tailored system + accountability matters.
I dont just practice what i preach for no reason, but because i value investing in myself and the results it produces

I committed to a long recomp phase.
No presssure to ā€˜get there’ in 12 weeks, but commiting to the sustainable recomp cycle - and spending more time out of a deficit

I didn’t diet every single day in the deficit, I took structured refeed days

I trained less (!!), but far better.
Quality over quantity always wins
and of course, tracked my progress.

Recomp is happening if strength is increasing

I didn’t do cardio, lol
Just daily steps & a routine that i love

Importantly, I focused on maintaining my results.
No more bulk and cut cycles. No losing it, gaining it back & starting over.

This is what recomp actually looks like.
Doing it the sustainable way
And this is why my results finally stuck.

are you missing the real issue?

it’s not that you need to keep decreasing calories or increasing expenditure. that approach works… until it doesn’t. and when it stops working, adherence usually gets worse, not better.

most people don’t ā€œfailā€ because the plan is wrong. progress stalls when adherence slips, accuracy drops, and the real constraints are never addressed.

that’s why most people never get there. they keep changing the plan instead of fixing the reason nothing sticks. new macros, new meal plans, new training… same outcome.

this is why a tailored system works. not because it’s harder, but because it focuses on ex*****on, habits, education, and consistency over time.

the goal isn’t to eat less and do more forever.
it’s to build a plan you can actually adhere to and sustain.

that’s the difference, and why it works so damn well,
