🔵 Improved Liveability
For: Sensory, intellectual, or cognitive impairments
Features: Enhanced lighting, tactile navigation, simplified layouts, acoustic treatments
Goal: Help you SEE, HEAR, and UNDERSTAND your surroundings better
🟢 Fully Accessible
For: Significant physical impairments and wheelchair users
Features: Wheelchair-width passages throughout, roll-in showers, accessible kitchens, step-free access
Goal: Full INDEPENDENCE in every room of your home
🟠 Robust
For: Complex behaviours that may pose safety risks
Features: High-impact wall linings, secure windows, soundproofing, laminated glass, staff retreat areas
Goal: SAFETY and durability for residents and support workers
🔴 High Physical Support
For: Very high physical support needs (the most comprehensive category)
Features: Everything in Fully Accessible PLUS ceiling hoists, voice-controlled assistive technology, 2-hour emergency battery backup
Goal: Maximum ACCESSIBILITY with cutting-edge technology
