Hi everyone, my name is Rachael and I am a qualified yoga and meditation teacher and I have been a studio owner in the Sutherland Shire from 2014. I am still operating general classes in Miranda.

I am now offering NDIS-funded support for self and plan managed participants in the Sutherland Shire.

My work is gentle, supportive and person centred, helping people regulate their nervous system, reduce anxiety and build emotional awareness and resilience. My goal is to help clients develop tools that they can use at any time and in all situations.

I work in a calm and respectful way, meeting each person where they are at. YOU don’t need to have experience in yoga or meditation. You can be seated, laying down, in a chair, laying on a lounge or we can meet in a outdoor area that you enjoy.
