As a Team Leader, you’ll:

✅ Collaborate with our national leadership team to grow your region and shape strategy

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:

✅ Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Support Coordination and/or Psychosocial Recovery Coaching
✅ Already have, or are ready to step into, a leadership role
✅Experience in building referral networks and generating growth will be highly regarded.

✅ Have proven experience (or passion) for business development and growth

We’re excited to share that Alicia has stepped into a newly created dual role at Wellspace Australia: Business Development Officer and Support Coordinator & Psychosocial Recovery Coach.

This role builds on Alicia’s experience as both a subcontractor and employee with Wellspace, giving her unique insight into what it means to work within a supportive, collaborative national provider while continuing to carry a participant caseload.

In the midst of ongoing NDIS changes, from stagnant pricing to mandatory registration and uncertainty around the future of Support Coordination, Alicia is focused on connection.

She’s here to:

🤝 Support providers or individuals considering scaling back, discontinuing, or choosing not to register for Support Coordination.

🤝 Offer confidential conversations about smooth participant and team transitions where people choose to move.

🤝 Connect with Support Coordinators, contractors, and employees who want to be part of a strong, scalable, values-driven organisation with national reach and a caseload of over 1,000 participants.
