Job Vacancy: Accounts and Admin Officer
📍 Location: The Hills District, North West Sydney
🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time (On-site)
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts and Admin Officer to join our Sydney office, located in the vibrant Hills District in the city's north-west. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and data entry
Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end/year-end closing processes
Maintain accurate records and handle general ledger reconciliations
Provide administrative support including document management, correspondence, and office coordination
Liaise with external stakeholders including clients, suppliers, and service providers
Assist with payroll processing and compliance reporting
Requirements:
Previous experience in an accounts/admin role (minimum 2 years preferred)
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero, QuickBooks)
Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel and Outlook)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Relevant qualifications in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
