Welcome!
My name is Caren and I am a Mum of two beautiful, energetic boys, and have been the Hills District Healthy Mummy Consultant since August 2015. This page, and my Healthy Mummy Support Group www.facebook.com/groups/healthymummynorthernhillsdistrict have been created to be a positive place to help inspire and motivate women to be the happiest, healthiest versions of themselves!
I had a difficult time dealing and accepting my weight gain during and after my first pregnancy, however the Healthy Mummy has taught me how to live an Active, Happy, Healthy lifestyle and learn to love the skin i'm in.
I'm here to try and share that knowledge, motivate and inspire you to be your best, and be the best possible role model and example for your children!
