Too often (especially in families or it seems, in hospitals) people are so rude to each other. πŸ™€I just don’t understand why! There is simply NO excuse to be nasty to innocent people. πŸ‘©πŸ»β€βš•οΈπŸ‘©πŸΎβ€βš•οΈπŸ‘©πŸΏβ€βš•οΈSurround yourself with kind, supportive friends and try to do kind things for others everyday. πŸ’—πŸ’—πŸ’—It will make you feel wonderful when you have truly good people around you. πŸ₯°πŸ₯°πŸ₯°These people will be your rock when times are tough or you feel really low, and they will cheer you on to succeed more than in your wildest dream. πŸ’ͺ🏽πŸ’ͺ🏽πŸ’ͺ🏽

Too often parents bring their children to the Emergency Department with an injury without giving their child paracetamol. πŸ₯If you’re child is clearly in pain and upset, please give simple pain medicine. πŸ‘©πŸ»β€βš•οΈπŸ‘©πŸΎβ€βš•οΈπŸ‘©πŸΏβ€βš•οΈWe do this as soon as they arrive but it then takes over half an hour to work and your child will be slightly less miserable if they are less pain.πŸ’—πŸ’—πŸ’—

We all need to contact our councils and MPs. Legislation needs to be changed so we STOP using OUR money to subsidise fossil fuel companies! πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯These fires around Sydney are making people sick and lose homes. They are more frequent due to climate Emergency- th was are facts!!! The AMA and ACEM have declared climate emergency and our politicians need to change laws to help CLEAN OUR PLANET now!

Easy to eat lots of junk food over the silly season. πŸ€©πŸŽ‰Try to limit the amount and exercise more than usual- take the stairs instead of a lift, walk/jog instead of drive and burn more energy πŸ’ͺ🏽πŸ’ͺ🏽πŸ’ͺ🏽Also enjoy yourself and don’t be too hard on yourself! Everyone is allowed treats πŸ₯°πŸ₯°πŸ₯°
