Revisitng this as it is interesting. Tibial periostitis (as diagnosed via imaging). Targeted the whole area of gait including the periostitis and gastrocnemius 😊👍

Calf, achilles and gastrocnemius pain. Treated with DN in the above muscles followed by MET🙂👍

An example of seated shoulder Rx + self needling. Px on L shoulder when raising between 90°-120°, px when surfing, exacerbated by flexion and internal rotation. Targeted Supraspinatus, Biceps tendon and referral into the Deltoid. Applied strong stimulation with fasiculation 🙂👍 insta:

A nice example of Medial Epicondylalgia - specifically at medial epicondyle. More important is the set up in prone postion - allowing other work to be completed without pulling the needles

Specific px into Popliteus, Hamstring Insertion and belly of Gastrocnemius when doing sprints. Have been specific to px and points identified, followed by MET. 😊👍

Pain over base of 1st metatarsal and calcaneus. Client feels "bruising" on running. Have targeted longitudinal arch and around the cause of pain over the base of 1st metatarsal. This is not a particularly comfortable experience for the client, but one that provided relief after two treatments over a 7 day period 🙂👍
