✨ Meet Milly Baker ✨


You might of practiced with her over the last year at a cover class, or had the privilege of experiencing a sound bath with Singing bowls accompanying Vicky for a Yin Class.
She teaches from the heart, with a focus on nourishment and restoring the nervous system. Her classes are like a warm hug 🤗

Milly will be teaching Monday mornings 6.30am Chill Flow from 12th January 🥳

Our Summer Holiday Schedule is LIVE!!!

We will be open during the festive season on a reduced schedule so you can come move your body, breathe, feel good and maybe get away from your family for a little bit 😜

Holiday classes are 90mins all Levels appropriate- everyone is welcome. Each class is mix of Yang to Yin practices to perfectly balance your day.

With Vicky, Marine, Claudine, Eric and Chai here these holidays- the classes are going to be epic. Come join the fun- spaces are limited so book your classes in ASAP 🥳

We are currently in the most active, busy, full- time of year. It’s so easy to burn out with all the yang 🔥 energy of the season.
Don’t get caught up- stay steady and grounded with your practice this silly season. We are open all through the holidays with a reduced schedule to keep you sane amidst all the busyness.
