Led by Virginia Maddock of Natural Beginnings, a warm and grounded professional with a passion for supporting families, this session will guide you through what to expect on the big day—from medical terminology to every stage of childbirth. With her unique blend of experience as a Doula, childbirth educator, and holistic bodyworker, Virginia brings compassion, humor, and real-world insights to help you feel confident and prepared.
