I want to thank the local community of Dulwich Hill, for being so respectful, patient and impeccable during this pandemic. I have seen many acts of kindness, with people helping the elderly by doing shopping, donating toilet paper and basically checking in on their neighbours. Thank you to my fantastic team for coping with the increased workload and unprecedented exhaustion we are all feeling. Stay well everyone.

The worldwide coronavirus infestation has put the fear into all people. It is paramount to practice good hygiene but even more so the immune system needs to be strong to fight off infections. Now more than ever we must focus on sensible eating, boosting immune stimulating foods, herbs and supplements. Fresh fruits and vegetables, herbs and spices and beans and nuts can strengthen the immune system. Taking herbal and vitamin immune stimulating supplements on a daily basis may also help our body’s defences. In essence we need to get our “soldiers” (immune system) ready to fight.
