Time for a social!

The team at Castlereagh Physiotherapy, sadly said goodbye to Kat last week.
Kat was our Practice Manager for the last 3 years and definitely made life at the practice full of fun, happiness and kept us calm (especially through the difficult last 2 years). We will really miss her!

But we are blessed to have Wendy and Mel taking over the reins!
We’re sure she’ll be welcomed back for our next social.

We wish her enormous success in her new position and her future career as a physio – we must have inspired her! 😄

Knee Pain

Did you know weak hips can cause knee pain?
Poor hip control, an imbalance between your hip, internal and external rotators, poor foot mechanics, and reduced core stability can all contribute to knee pain

School holidays are upon us again!
Bring your kids into the city for some fun activities instead of being couped up inside all day. Whether it be visiting museums, go to the cinemas, or go to the theatre, there’s plenty to do.

While you’re in the city, come by for a physio appointment to get that niggly injury sorted out.

It’s important to stay active but remember to warm up and stretch before doing any strenuous activities. Many injuries often occur during the school holidays! Hopefully the sun will be out again for some fun in the sun!

WELCOME BACK!
So the city is bustling now and more people are on trains and buses. There's actually people wandering around the streets!!

Now's a great time to schedule your physio appointment - flexible appointments available. Feel free to call us if available appointments online look unsuitable.

Don’t get stuck in the office and at meetings all day. Many people are hot-desking so ergonomics aren’t ideal for you. Lots of us have been slacking at our exercise and sport is just returning.

So many reasons to come and let Denise, Fiona or Kate help you with that niggly shoulder or neck or to pop in for a bio-mechanical assessment so that we can relieve you of your tight calves after your running sessions. Perhaps you're returning to Winter sport and you've had your first sports injury? 🏃 🏈

Make an appointment to get back on the field as soon as possible!
Looking forward to seeing you again soon.

You'll be helping the CBD businesses get back on their feet.

We’ve had it tough!

Thank you,
Denise and Fiona

Happy Mother’s Day to all you wonderful Mothers .
Here’s some recent pictures of Fiona and Denise’s families.
As working Mums we know the joy and struggles we all face . Thank you for being strong , reliable , loving people . When we spend time with our grown up kids we can look back at those challenges of parenting and know that it was worth every second and we wouldn’t change a thing . So those with young kids ….it does get easier 😂
Go on spoil yourselves this weekend . We deserve it 😀
