Numerous aspects of life are constantly evolving. Nothing remains static, so it is essential to cherish every day with loved ones and acknowledge your blessings. I am sharing guidelines for a healthy marriage, and the key is effective communication. This is crucial, particularly when we receive calls from families on the verge of fear and pain. Unfortunately, all we can do is offer a listening ear and recommend professional assistance. However, do not wait until things escalate – apply this rule daily:
L - listen, O - observe, V - validate, E - empathize.

As a general rule, I do not express my views on elections and politics, instead choosing to respect our leaders and hope for their guidance in achieving peace and harmony for our nation. As the federal elections approach, I have been introspective and prayerful. I feel a heightened sense of responsibility to make a thoughtful decision. I encourage everyone to conduct comprehensive research, show respect for our community and Australian leaders, and vote for candidates who exhibit empathy and commitment to enhancing our communities and engaging in ongoing positive endeavors.
