What I thought was the end of my career… became the beginning of everything.

When I tore my hip labrum as a dancer, I believed my body had failed me. In reality, it was a turning point, the moment I discovered Pilates not just as exercise, but as a way of moving that heals, strengthens, and lasts for life.

That injury rebuilt more than my body. It rebuilt my philosophy:
