𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗨𝘀𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗼𝗹!

Retinol can be an effective addition to a skincare routine, but it’s important to introduce it gradually to avoid irritation and support skin barrier health.

𝘌𝘷𝘦𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘦:
1. Cleanse
2. Apply hydrating serum (e.g., hyaluronic acid)
3. Apply a pea-sized amount of retinol
4. Lock in with moisturiser

𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘯𝘦𝘹𝘵 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨:
1. Cleanse
2. Antioxidant serum
3. Additional serums (if using)
4. Moisturiser
5. SPF (essential when using retinol)

💡 𝐓𝐢𝐩𝐬:
Start with 1–2 nights per week, then increase as your skin builds tolerance.
Avoid combining with other strong actives (like AHAs or BHAs) until your skin adjusts.
Always protect your skin with SPF 50+ during the day
