🙌 Last week, ACA staff and representatives hit the ground at Orientation Weeks right across the country.

From Murdoch University in Perth and the Australian Chiropractic College in Adelaide and Melbourne, to Macquarie University in Sydney, our team connected with the next generation of chiropractors – proudly introducing the ACA and showing how we support students from day one.

We can’t wait to see these students grow through their studies and into the profession. As Australia’s peak body for chiropractors and chiropractic students, the ACA is here to support you every step of the way – throughout your studies and beyond!

What a fantastic night in Southern Sydney! 🎉 We welcomed 26 attendees to our second Connect & Learn event for the Eastern Region in 2026.

It was wonderful to see students, early graduates, and long‑term chiropractors all coming together for a hands‑on, interactive workshop focused on 'Integrating Upper Peripheral Routines into Your Everyday Patients.' The night was a true reflection of the strength and diversity of our local chiropractic community.

A huge thank you to Dr Philip Benjabutr for delivering such an engaging and practical session. 👏

🎓 The ACA was proud to join upcoming CQU graduates in Brisbane today to celebrate the completion of their final chiropractic exam.

In just a few short weeks, this incredible group will graduate, register, and officially step into the profession as registered chiropractors.

💪 Growth often begins when we step outside our comfort zone.

For Dr Julie Uren, completing the Australian Institute of Company Directors – Foundations of Directorship course meant stepping beyond her usual lane and into leadership development.

As a recipient of the 2025 Women in Chiropractic Leadership Scholarship, her course was partially funded by the ACA – supporting her to build the skills and confidence to lead.

This year, you could follow in Julie’s footsteps.

ACA has joined Allied Health Professions Australia and national allied health peak bodies in a joint statement responding to the Australian Government’s proposed NDIS planning reforms.

These reforms and associated consultations have important implications for access to care, participant choice, and the role of allied health within the NDIS. The ACA continues to actively represent chiropractors and the patients they support through national advocacy and sector discussions.

Members will receive further updates via email as consultations progress.

🎓 The ACA is delighted to announce that CQUniversity's Timothy Borthistle has received this year's ACA National Study Grant!

The Grant is offered to Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people studying a chiropractic degree. It is designed to encourage and assist Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students in chiropractic to complete their studies and join the health workforce.
