Your healing is not just about becoming someone new. It is the slow, brave unlearning of the ways you were taught to survive instead of live. It changes the way you love, the way you soften toward yourself in moments of doubt, and the way you choose truth even when comfort would be easier.

Each time you respond to yourself with honesty instead of judgment, you rewrite something old. Growth does not always announce itself, but it leaves quiet evidence in your boundaries, your self-trust, and the way you no longer abandon yourself to be accepted.

This is the kind of healing that lasts.
