Starting pointe is exciting, but it’s also one of the highest-risk transitions in ballet training.
Pointe readiness is about strength and control NOT just age, experience or enthusiasm.

Our best tip: Consult a dance podiatrist in the 12months prior to doing your pointe assessment so you’re prepared and ready for success!
