We’re calling out to young people across the community to secure their spot at Rhythm of Our Roots – a free, full-day cultural experience designed for youth.

Date: Thursday, 16 April 2026
Time: 9:00am – 6:30pm
Location: AB Central, Airds

This is not just an event. It’s a hands-on cultural experience where young people can learn, connect, and be part of something real.

What’s happening:
9:00am – Umu preparation (learn traditional cooking)
11:00am – Cultural workshop
4:00pm – Luau preparation
5:00pm – Luau, performances, and shared meal
6:30pm – Wrap up

The program is delivered with strong local partners and focuses on culture, identity, and community connection in a safe and inclusive space .
