These are the go-to things for when my friends ask me about their stiff neck. ☝🏼
In many cases it's the little, repetitive things you're doing each day that can really jam up your neck.
Think about your sleeping posture as being just as important as your work posture throughout the day. If your sleeping position is off ie don't sleep on your tummy and/or your pillow isn't the right height you can really mess up your neck.
Get an ergonomic assessment of your workstation if you aren't sure if it's set up properly for you and watch how you hold your phone. Very often I see people with their head almost looking towards the ground whilst they're using their phone. This is absolutely damaging your neck!
And last, but definitely not least get checked by a chiropractor as we are really good at identifying joints in your neck that are jammed up and correcting them. DM me if you'd like to find out more.
