Letting go of the past can be one of the most challenging things a person can do. We all have certain memories and experiences that have shaped us into the individuals we are today. However, sometimes those memories and experiences can hold us back from moving forward. This is especially true when it comes to the people we have had to become in order to survive.
When we face difficult situations, we often adapt and change in order to cope. We may become more guarded, more closed off, or more aggressive in order to protect ourselves. While these traits may have helped us survive in the past, they can also hinder our growth and happiness in the present.
Letting go of the person we had to become in order to survive can be a difficult process, but it is essential if we want to move forward in a healthy and positive way. It requires us to confront our past and acknowledge the ways in which it has impacted us. Only then can we begin to let go of the person we had to become and embrace the person we truly are.

Enjoy the little things: Sometimes we get so caught up in our goals and ambitions that we forget to appreciate the small moments in life. Take time to enjoy the simple pleasures, like a beautiful sunset or a cup of coffee with a friend.
Remember, being all there doesn't mean you have to be perfect or have everything figured out. It's about being present and making the most of every moment.
