Caryn has been practising Five-Element Acupuncture for the last 25 years. This unique style of Acupuncture addresses physical symptoms by working on the spirit of the person, that part of us that makes us feel alive and uplifted. It also balances our emotional make-up, enabling greater self-awareness, inner peace and contentment. When these parts of us are addressed, the physical symptoms our body has created tend to subside as the whole mind, body and spirit return to balance. Caryn qualified in the UK over 17 years ago and has completed extensive post-graduate training. She initially set up her practice in London for 8 years including working at the Compass Centre at British Airways providing Acupuncture to staff and crew. She brought this style of Acupuncture back to Sydney in 2005 and has been practising here ever since. Caryn uses an integrated approach wherever possible to achieve faster results.
