Autumn corresponds to the Metal Element, the Lung & Large Intestine Meridians. It’s the time of year when nature lets go of the old, making room for the new growth come Spring. In our body’s the lung breathes out the old Co2 & breathes in fresh new Oxygen. The Large Intestine lets go of the waste but it also absorbs trace nutrients & minerals via the Intestinal wall.
