I was working in the corporate world with a desks job for many years, I had little physical activity and low levels of job satisfaction. With poor self-esteem and bad eating habits. I was tired, overweight and unhealthy. I suffered from chronic back pain, migraines and headaches which resulted in poor sleep quality. I knew I wanted to change and have a better quality of life.
In 2014, I decided to make a change, I changed my diet and started practising yoga. Within 18 months I had lost over 20kg and many people wondered if I was the same person!
The following year I undertook Yoga teacher training and became a Full Time Yoga instructor. Yoga training gave me the opportunity to share the physical and mental disciplines of Yoga. Later on I undertook Pilates and Barre for strength and muscle tone, and I look forward to adding Pilates Reformer as a part of my regime.
I specialise in Weight Loss, Post Natal Abdominal Recovery, strengthening and muscle tone.
