In comparing the before (left) and after (right) photos following a massage treatment, a few noticeable postural changes can be observed:
Shoulder Alignment:
In the before image, the shoulders appear slightly elevated and asymmetrical, particularly on the left side.
In the after image, the shoulders appear to have relaxed and are more evenly aligned, suggesting a release of muscle tension in the upper trapezius and surrounding areas.
Spinal Symmetry:
The spine in the before image seems to show more pronounced muscular imbalances, with subtle tightness around the upper-mid thoracic area.
In the after image, the muscles along the spine appear more even and relaxed, indicating improved balance and reduced tension.
Neck and Upper Back Tension:
The neck and base of the skull area in the before photo look more congested, likely due to tightness in the cervical extensors.
In the after photo, the neck area appears smoother, showing improved relaxation and decompression.
Skin Tone:
There seems to be better circulation post-massage, visible through the evenness of skin tone in the after image.
These improvements suggest the massage helped reduce muscle tension, restore postural alignment, and enhance circulation, which are all key outcomes of a successful treatment.
Lumbar Symmetry:
In the before image, there appears to be more uneven muscular tension in the lower back, particularly around the erector spinae muscles on either side of the spine. This is evident in the slight bulging or imbalance.
In the after image, the lower back muscles look more balanced and relaxed, with improved symmetry between the left and right sides.
Spinal Alignment:
The line of the spine seems smoother and straighter in the after photo, suggesting a release of tension and improved postural alignment in the lower back.
Hip and Pelvic Positioning:
The tension in the surrounding musculature in the before photo may have contributed to a subtle tilt or pull in the pelvis, which appears reduced in the after photo. The hips look more level, indicating relaxation and decompression in the lumber and sacral regions. Improving symmetry and alignment in the lower back.
