PERSISTENT PAIN - Muscular/skeletal issues. This can come about for many reasons. Ongoing inflammation can contribute to further disorders if not resolved. Polycystic O***y Syndrome (PCOS) often is quoted when they don’t know the source of the disorder. Often if it hormonally related, some younger women become aware that their mothers also had PCOS so potential for genetic tendency.
Usually there is a hormonal imbalance with slightly higher levels of androgens (male hormones) and this can in some cases result in hirsutism (facial hair), or hair growth around nipples/chest area. Acne can also be present and oily facial skin. Some women experience hair loss, thinning hair, irregular cycles, or missed cycles for months, weight gain can occur and insulin imbalances. Fertility is also challenged due to irregular ovulation. Inflammation is usually present.
PCOS is fairly common in women of reproductive age. However I do recommend you working at resolving this. Some literature states it cannot be cured but I have known some cases who resolved completely. Again, we are all unique and really depends on lifestyle, diet, exercise routine and what health treatments you seek.
Insulin resistance affects 50-70% of women with PCOS.

I will look at full hormonal profile to ascertain deficiencies or excess in either case.
I would formulate herbal remedies that are taken small quantities for a few weeks then increased for a few weeks then repeat from first dosage. Maybe Homoeopathic, All depends on hormonal profile.

HERBAL REMEDIES: I've had people ask me about herbal medicine over the years. Every practitioner will formulate differently to treat the same problem. This is about knowledge and experience gathered over the years. I work differently to how I was initially taught and focus more on drop dosage now to Mil dosage, really depends what I am treating. Often I use herbs that are not available retail since we must consider potency and what we know of the herbs and how they work. Mixing a few herbs together can be quite the Art since some herbs really don't like being mixed with others. If you don't know this then a formula could be counter productive. Its similar to companion gardening, some plants don't thrive well next to others etc. Sometimes I may just give a single herb other times the max I have in a formula might be around 6 but usually its 3-4. I mainly use the highest potency called a 1:1. In recent years with issues around covid era and staff shortage for growers, pickers and manufacturing etc along with the blame on orchestrated weather patterns around the world affecting plant growth they say due to scarcity we can't get some herbs or the prices escalate. Fluid extracts are what most western herbalists or Naturopaths would use. Occasionally tinctures are used by some but I never use them. They are slightly weaker solution, the professional preference is FE's. People still question effectiveness of Herbal Medicine. If you know how to choose the right herbs for the disorder and you know how to formulate and dispense then the disorders can be resolved or at least in some genetic conditions maintained without side effects.

Here is a nice pic to share before you fix dinner !! Please stop the raw animal food diet, marination does not kill them off, cook meats well, never prepare salads/vegetables etc on same chopping board as you have had fish or meats. Hygiene is important. Put all plant food in a large bowl of filtered water with tablespoon of white vinegar (not apple cider please), let plant food including fruit sit there for a good 10 mins + whilst you prep your fish/meats. Then put in the pan to cook or shake off if salad. You will see all soil sediments and insects will fall to the bottom of the bowl. I recommend everyone to do this. Your maintenance in avoiding parasites. I suggest you only eat cooked vegetables if you dine out, never salad, you cannot guarantee the chefs/cooks have washed the salad the correct way.

I am becoming aware of more thyroid imbalances of late. Some due to having had injections. Others due to aging and no follow up with doctors or naturopaths. Hormones out of sync. Why? Because the Thyroid balances so many metabolic functions. It is essential you maintain a balance for over all good health with your metabolism, energy levels, your hormonal production, sleep patterns the list goes on. Weight gain that you can't shift with exercise/diet, especially tummy/girth area thighs. I have had some great results treating both under active and over active thyroid cases. Underactive presently I hear of almost weekly. Don't let this get worse. Doctors will prescribe you pharmaceutical products if it goes to low/high either way. One recent case was borderline Hypo and she told me the doctor in NZ said its ok. Yes of course, they wait and till you are full blown Hypothyroid then they give you the drugs and in some extreme cases unfortunately you have little choice because you waited too long to address it naturally.

More cases of Vertigo are occurring, whether through medications/injections, bacterial infection, exposure to electromagnetic frequencies and more commonly accidents affecting neck and head. Chronic cases take longer. One case I resolved had the problem for several months despite attending a clinic for Vertigo and dizziness. I use Bowen Therapy, acupressure point therapy, laser, herbal and homoeopathic remedies. All non invasive. Compliancy pays off as with this lady who resolved in around 4 months. Sound therapy is the way of the future. Another form of energy frequency treatment.
