He completed his Fellowship training in General Surgery in 1994 and his specialist training in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in 1996 along with Fellowships in Cosmetic and Hand Surgery. After completing his training as a Plastic Surgeon in Sydney in 1997, Dr. Darrell Perkins was accepted for post-fellowship training in Breast Surgery and Microsurgery at the prestigious M.D. He was the first overseas Fellow to be employed by the Department of Plastic Surgery at M.D. Dr. Perkins returned to Australia in 1998, and has been in private practice as a Plastic Surgeon in the southwest of Sydney, New South Wales since that time. Dr. Darrell Perkins is a specialist Plastic & Cosmetic Surgeon based in Sydney, New South Wales. Dr. Perkins specialises in facial cosmetic surgery such as face lift, neck lift, and blepharoplasty. He also has extensive experience and expertise in both female and male breast surgery, including breast reduction, breast uplift, breast implants and gynaecomastia. Dr. Perkins also performs many body contouring procedures such as tummy tuck, liposuction, body lift, arm lift and thigh lift. Other procedures include otoplasty and rhinoplasty.
