The new studio is now fully equipped and operational, bringing together a comprehensive assessment-to-treatment pathway in one space.

Current systems include:
• Reformer-based loading and neuromuscular retraining for hip, lumbar and pelvic stability.
• BLT Focused Shockwave (FSWT) for targeted treatment of tendinopathies, calcific lesions, pelvic pain and men’s health conditions.
• Vinno3 high-resolution diagnostic ultrasound for dynamic assessment of multifidus, abdominal wall, hip structures, tendon pathology and real-time motor control retraining.
• VALD FORCEDECKS for balance, strength, gait and postural control assessment — providing objective metrics to guide rehab progression.
• VALD Dynamo for precision strength profiling, asymmetry detection and monitoring tissue load tolerance over time.

Integrating these systems creates a clear diagnostic pathway with quantifiable baselines, targeted intervention, and measurable outcomes — all within a single clinical environment.

Our Story

We opened in the new commercial heart of Mascot in August 2014. Managing Director and Principal Physiotherapist Tim Ellis (BA Hons, BSc Hons, MHSc Hons) had envisioned working in a holistic Physiotherapy practice, designed to accomodate the needs of the corporate and growing residential community in Mascot. Tim wanted to create a practice where busy executives would feel comfortable, with superior customer service, knowing that their needs were being taken care of. With all private treatment rooms and a rehabilitation studio including our much loved Pilates reformers we firstly take clients through evidence based acute injury treatment and management. Then we focus on achieving longer term dynamic control and stability by identifying causes of injury and working on reducing these with specific, individualised programmes.

Our experienced Physiotherapists manage sports injuries, neck and low back pain, workers compensation injuries, chronic pain, disability and also women’s health.

In addition to Physiotherapy we offer: • Remedial Massage Therapy • Pilates • Yoga • Dry Needling Our Physio's store has a wide range of splints, rehab braces, exercise equipment as well as healthy pick-me-up snacks.
