Are you organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering great customer service? Moore Health is looking for a reliable Admin Assistant to join our friendly, supportive team in a part-time role.

Availability required:
Thursday mornings
Friday afternoons

What we’re looking for:
A warm, professional manner with strong customer service skills
Excellent attention to detail
Confident computer skills
A willingness to learn and take initiative
Experience with Cliniko is ideal, but we’re happy to train the right person

You’ll be working in a supportive environment, helping keep the clinic running smoothly and ensuring our clients feel welcome and cared for.

About Moore Health:
Established in 2003, Moore Health is a boutique physiotherapy, pilates and massage clinic located in Moore Park Gardens Redfern. The area is a vibrant suburb on the edge of the city and is famous for its high-density population and small-business community.

The clinic has a modern fit-out with private treatment rooms and a sizeable pilates/gym studio with all the latest equipment. We utilise cloud-based practice management software. Our excellent administration assistants take care of the clinic in the background for you to focus on your clients’ scheduling and management.

Our mission is a commitment in assisting individuals to improve functional mobility, quality of life and enhance physical and mental well-being.
We as practitioners want to deliver to the Moore Health community continued access to person-centred, evidence-based exercise science.

The Role:
We are excited and eager to find an exercise physiologist that will work alongside our team here at Moore Health. The opportunity is to work on a part time basis Tuesday and Thursday mornings.
The ideal candidate will have an interest in Bone Health be well organised with excellent time management and communication skills as well as being passionate about our clients and their wellbeing.

About You:
The successful candidate will have:
• Experience as an Exercise Physiologist working with the over 50 year age group
• Member of ESSA
• Accredited Exercise scientist (AES) professional standards
• Personal liability insurance
• Excellent customer service, marketing and communication skills
