Chiro isn’t “spine only”.
We look at joints, muscles, movement, and the habits that keep things irritated.
It’s about improving function and confidence in movement.

Why do tradies often get pain on one side?
Usually it’s repetitive patterns: carrying, twisting, tool belts, uneven loading.
Good news: it’s often very trainable once we identify the pattern.

Standing all day can be just as rough as sitting all day.
Think: micro-breaks, foot position changes, hip mobility, and load variation.
If your low back is tight by lunchtime, this is for you.

Desk posture isn’t the real problem - https://mailchi.mp/92906e5d7962/desk-posture-isnt-the-real-problem
Most people think their posture is the problem.

It’s usually not.

Posture is often just the end result of:
– stiffness
– tension
– too much time in one position

Trying to “sit up straight” all day rarely works long-term.

A better approach is improving how your body moves — and letting posture follow naturally.

If you’ve got ongoing neck, back or desk-related pain, it’s worth looking at what’s actually driving it.

My simple back-health rules (that actually work):
Move daily, lift smart, don’t fear bending, and build tolerance gradually.
If you’re stuck in flare-ups, we can map what’s aggravating it and what helps.

Can posture actually be “fixed”?
Usually it’s less about forcing a perfect position and more about strength + habits + the right load.
If you’re getting neck/upper back pain or headaches, a quick assessment can help.
