Congratulations to Ryder who competed at the National PSSA Cross Country Championship in QLD this week.

He overcame an ankle injury prior to State and did an incredible job with his rehab to have a solid run at Nationals. I love seeing my patients smash their goals

Happy World Physiotherapy Day 2025. This year’s focus is on healthy ageing. Healthy ageing means staying strong and active , maintaining relationships and being able to do what you enjoy.

Physiotherapists play an integral role in keeping people pain free, strong and active. I love being a part of my patient’s journey and help them to Live Vibrantly.

Over the last week I have been celebrating and reflecting on my 9 years in business. I feel so grateful to be able to do work that I love and appreciate everyone who has trusted me to help them over the years.

A few facts about me;
- Mum to 3 beautiful kiddos 🩵🩷🩷
- In our 5th year of renovating 🏡
- This is my 19th year practicing physio
- I love the variety of my work; working in private practice, casual lecturing at UTS and mentoring early career physiotherapists
- I love to move 🏊🏻‍♀️ 🏃‍♀️ 🏉🏋🏻‍♀️🏂
- Planning travel is a hobby, unfortunately some trips never see the light of day due to budget restraints 😂

Happy New Year ✨
I am thankful for another year spent helping my wonderful community. 2024 saw me go outside my comfort zone and return to university to teach the next generation of physiotherapy students. I absolutely loved it and I am so grateful to be returning to UTS again in 2025.
I also had the opportunity to travel to the UK to work at the Touch Football World Cup with the Australian Emus. It was fun, challenging, tiring, exciting and I can’t wait to do it again.
On top of all that, I had the pleasure of working with my patients week in, week out. Many of whom have supported me and my business for many years. I love my job and the variety it offers.
I wish everyone a safe, happy, healthy and adventurous 2025 🖤

First ‘sprint’ triathlon completed ☑️ ⠀

I’m super proud and feel so lucky to be surrounded by an awesome bunch of women who push me outside my comfort zone. Trying new things doesn’t come easily to me 🤪 ⠀

Massive thanks to our PT/friend/inspiration Gab for organising today. ⠀

I am proud to support the Michael Tynan Challenge this year. It is on Saturday 24th October and raises money for medical research. It is a beautiful walk and it is a great cause.

This is a humbling thought!

The people around us affect the way we think, they shape how we view the world, they impact our self-esteem, our decisions, and ultimately our actions.

It's too hard to achieve what matters to you without being part of an inspiring and supportive community. This is such a vital part to living vibrantly that I have written an article about it here > georgiablack.co/yourtribe

I hope it inspires you to find your tribe and live more vibrantly.

Live Vibrantly

Doing the things you love with the people you love is the key to enjoying a vibrant life. But for most of us, at one time or another, our bodies are not fully equipped to keep up with our desires. The most common barriers are strength, flexibility, energy and pain. But it doesn’t have to stay that way. My key purpose is to help you develop the strength, flexibility and energy to live vibrantly and do the things you love.

I also create regular content on my website, facebook and Instagram to inspire you to live well. To grab a copy of my FOUR SIMPLE STEPS TO A VIBRANT LIFE please fill in your details here and I will email it to you along with other helpful tips.
