The world is increasingly feeling like a slippery decent into madness as media is flooded with bad news stories, AI slop, wars, protests and more. It can be hard to remember that there are people out there worse off and they have no voice to speak on their behalf.
This Sunday is Father's Day. A day that is quite often glazed over or not really talked much about because... well 'he'll be alright...' right?
In the Aged Care industry, we understand the stress of looking after your loved ones. Sometimes it feels like all hope is lost and that time is a very precious commodity.
Don't waste this weekend if you have a chance to make his day, give him a hug or send a message and remind him that you're thinking about him.
This week Your Aged Care at Home partnered with Mahmoud Kanj and the team at Commonwealth Bank Metro Bankstown to supply some Men's essentials for some newly arrived refugees that are survivors from war-torn countries.
We also extend our thanks and gratitude to Raouf from Hope of Nations who will be sharing these wonderful gifts to the survivors.
Let's pray that they do find refuge here in Sydney, and thanks to everyone for their support in putting together these amazing gifts this Father's Day.
