This week is National Carers Week, a time to thank and acknowledge the essential role of carers and the vital support they provide. 💚😊 There are a million of reasons to care, and anyone can become a carer, at any time. However, studies have found that carers often feel stress and overwhelmed due to a rise in demands. Without enough support, caregiving can be challenging.

This week we are celebrating NAIDOC Week 2024! 🖤💛❤️ This year's theme is 'Keep the fire burning! Blak, loud and proud,' to celebrate and honour the strength and resilience of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples past and present. The fire represents the enduring strength and vitality of Indigenous cultures, passed down through generations despite the challenges faced.

We had a wonderful time at our Winterfest Lunch 2024 💚💙 Our clients enjoyed lunch together along with games and prizes! We would like to thank our clients, staff and volunteers for making this event so special. Thanks to Bankstown Sports for letting us host our event and providing a delicious buffet for our clients. We look forward to our annual Christmas party at the end of the year! 🎁

We had a wonderful time at our annual Christmas lunch where our clients enjoyed delicious food, listened to carols together, as well as play bingo - with our winners winning some prizes! It was a lovely time and we are thankful for all our clients, staff and volunteers who made this day so special! ❤🎄🥰

Your Aged Care at Home believes that all people have the right to choose to remain living in their own homes, for as long as possible, supported by a range of integrated and flexible care services.

The service provided by us will promote the person’s independence and dignity and will contribute to his/her physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural and social well-being.

We offer both subsidised and private home care services in the Sydney metropolitan area.

Your Aged Care at Home is also a registered provider of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) offering a range of supports to eligible participants.
