His project ArtIT Virtual Service Specialist is intended to replace the repeated burdensome service work in tourism and consulting work. Being one of the co-founders of the medical device manufacturing company Quanticare, Philip and his team have developed a proactive sensor system, “Footprint”, for walking frames to prevent falls for seniors. The project has already been implemented in some residential aged care centres.

The story of last year's winners -The Founder of Imunexus: George Kopsidas

With over 15 years experience in protein and antibody engineering, Dr George Kopsidas and
his team are experts in developing medicines improving and enhancing antibody efficiency by
converting antibodies into bispecifics; moreover, the technology has been utilised for initial cancer
treatment.

The majority of George’s products are for treating cancer, and the technology is an innovative way to make normal antibodies into bispecific antibodies, which are much better generally at killing certain type of cancer.
