This is an example of me doing EXACTLY what I tell you to do. Carve out some time - even 30 mins…face plant in the ocean… wake up your vagus nerve!

I’ll be doing so much more of it as I PUT IT IN THE DIARY like a work meeting or a child’s sports activity! Right??

So it was an 80’s gig for one of my work Xmas celebrations recently. I was in two minds. Do I or don’t I kit up??? I could be showing my age????
I decided to embrace the era. My best memories are ….technology free,🛼 & netball, the Simpsons, 📼 cassette recordings on a Friday night with my sister, saos, peanut butter & 🍯 for afternoon tea.
My Aunty Leonie and my cousin Bec…creating opportunities for dancing to Britney and serving the best “hot chips and gravy” in Armidale.
The point is.. everyday is an amazing opportunity for a core memory day…what else are we here for????
And the 80’s were the best…
