{Introducing a new service type: Spirit Therapy}
I am currently booked out until 1st June and to support my clients as demand increases, I have created this new session type - Spirit Therapy.
Spirit Therapy is a holistic, all-encompassing spiritual counselling session. It incorporates trauma-informed therapy, where I utilise my 20+ years experience in the field of psychology and trauma, with soul guidance and (if required) channelled messages from the Council of Light. These are brought through to support the session, according to the individual’s needs.
Some of my regular clients will already be familiar with Spirit Therapy but I am now making this more widely available. Spirit Therapy is great for between healing sessions, as a complement to them, or for those requiring the benefits of conscious awareness to support them on their healing and awakening journeys.
You can book Spirit Therapy directly through my booking link below or you can message me or email vicky@bluevolcano.com.au to organise a time directly with me if an earlier time is required. Additional session times for Spirit Therapy may be available to what is shown in the booking calendar. This means there are some limited available session times for Spirit Therapy only open request.

Channelled Message for the New Moon in Ta**us 2024
“Dear Ones, at this time of the New Moon, we are laying down a path into the Light. The Light has been much talked of but little understood. It is something most holy, most sacred, and most beneficent. Glory to the Light!
You are proceeding apace upon your spiritual journeys. Even as darkness unfolds upon your planet, understand this is an old earth reality. What you choose to focus upon, expands. And at this juncture of humanity’s journey, it is most important to focus upon the Light so that despair from the old reality does not reach you.
Please understand us, we Love and have compassion for all, regardless of where you are upon your spiritual journey. But it does not serve the Light to be distracted by the dark. It does not help the planet by diminishing your Light in any way. And in certainly does not serve the Light to suffer needlessly when you are better suited to anchoring the Light for all.
To find your path upon the spiritual journey is fraught with confusion, ego, attachments, programmes, and darkness dressed as light. This is why we choose to focus upon the Light so you may not become confused by it. To be focussed upon the Light means to be in service to it. And by being in service to it, you are an instrument of Love.
Love is the Way, Dear Ones. Fear is blocking your path? Love it back into Wholeness. Anger arising? Have compassion and witness it. Shame is triggered? Honour who you are and all that you stand for – including the very human needs and vulnerabilities you wish to hide away from the world.
Expand into the Light, Dear Ones! To expand into the Light, you must BE more Love. To be more Love, you must release more of the shadows at play in your reality. Release more of the shadows and more Light may now come to and flow through you. This is the cycle of Love and Light ever interplaying with each other.
You are needed and very necessary to the Whole, Dear Ones.

“Dear Ones, we are pleased to be here with you. We are anticipating much through this full moon. For it is another opportunity for release of all that has been hidden in the shadows.
This full moon closes out the eclipse cycle and assists you to move forward into a period of consolidation and integration. With this additional layer of release, there is much to process and much to allow to stabilise and settle. For you will be working on these energetic themes over the next few months.
In so much as there has been a focus on release and shadow work, we wish to remind you of the higher purpose of all that has been unfolding. This is to prepare you for the New Earth energies being birthed. For while not everyone will access them (this depends on their (level of consciousness), as many people as can be supported to access them, the better. The better for all humanity. For the more Light there is upon the planet, the more readily can the New Earth energies spread and anchor across the globe.
We have said before that the dark is getting darker but the Light is getting Lighter. And if it is truly your purpose to be a Light-worker – to anchor Light upon the planet – then now is the time to focus your commitment to the Light. In releasing shadows, you allow more Light to be transmitted and anchored through you – and thereby, the more Light activations you are able to receive.
Do not despair, Dear Ones. We are not in the business of allowing only shadow work to predominate. Both shadow work and Light-work are necessary and essential. A healthy balance is required for each. One supports the other in perfect synergy when balanced perfectly for the individual or group involved. Be not despairing that this does not end. Celebrate that evolution is without end!
For we, too, are constantly evolving even as we oversee and support the Divine Plan of Love upon the Earth. The Universe does not stand still. For it is only through transformation you can be truly born again.
And so it is.

{Channelled Message for the Solar Eclipse in Aries}
“Dear Ones, the energies of this Solar Eclipse are even bigger than usual. There is both opportunity and hazards inherent within it.
A hazard is not necessarily a danger – more a requirement for caution. Proceed carefully, as it were. Not because you should have any fear. But mindfulness and considered action is the order of the day.
When this is able to take place, opportunities arise. Opportunities for healing. Opportunities for releasing. And opportunities for transformation. For transformation is the order of the day.
What needs to be released? What needs to be moved into? What patterns need to be shifted? And what new habits need to be established? These are some of the opportunities arising at this time.
Opportunities to examine woundings which arise are the greatest opportunities at this time. You may look at these from a new perspective, for eclipses may bring new revelations! Revelations which strike down from the heavens like a thunderbolt! Or insights which strike you while unawares. This is the order of the day.
You are on the precipice of a great shift. And this eclipse brings you closer to it. Yes, there may be an aftermath – like any storm. But the storm clears the skies so they may shine clearer and brighter than ever before.
We send you many blessings at this time. For it is a time to partner with the Divine. For Divine Will is at play. And Divine Will has the upper hand. This is the great mystery of eclipse season.

“Dear Ones, what an important, transitional moment for you all! This is a moment of such import, there will be ripple effects for years to come.
This is true both on a collective as well as individual levels. While there can be much fear and trepidation around eclipses, we see them as opportunities to course correct. Not so much through your personal will, for this is where you see the Divine hand of fate move you across to where you are meant to be.
Yes, this can mean both endings as well as beginnings. Ones you may not necessarily have asked for. But with the wisdom of experience will come the understanding of why it is in your best and highest good.
Know that it is always a good idea to surrender to these moments. This is not a time to set intentions nor to act from personal will. It is, indeed, a time to step back and observe all that unfolds. The revelations, the closing of old chapters, the letting go of old patterns, old structures, even old versions of you.
We are supporting the collective even as we welcome opportunities to support you as individuals – but first you must ask! Ask for our support, ask for our guidance and we will freely offer all we have to give. For this celestial opportunity is a perfect opportunity to move forward into the New Earth energies.
At a moment that is the first eclipse since we announced the anchoring of the Age of Aquarius, this is a major jump point or launching pad for many of you.
As you move through this eclipse portal, notice what is being left behind in the old and what you are welcoming in to the New.
It is that which you are welcoming into the New that is most likely to stay.

“Dear Ones, we are ready to transform the way you perceive the world. For nothing is as it seems.
In becoming in tune with the undercurrents of energy which underpin all that unfolds, you can more completely understand life, love, and everything. For nothing occurs without it occurring energetically first.
This is a principle of understanding which would serve you well. What is within your internal reality (and we mean all the way down into the deepest unconscious realms) is what creates your outer reality. And yet reality is different from one person to another. Even those within same families, same relationships, same contexts. Every observer observes (and experiences) something differently.
When you understand this, you can understand that what is true in your reality is not necessarily true in another’s. And you can also understand how differences arise, misunderstandings ensue, and conflict begins.
There is no point in arguing with someone else’s reality. You can gently point out your own – but only if there is true curiosity and openness on their part. Otherwise, it is more a reminder that you do not understand their own.
Tread carefully – and mindfully – when coming across another’s reality. Indeed, you do this multiple times a day, most often. ‘Love is the unconditional acceptance of another person’s reality’ said the great teacher, Marshall Lever. And this remains to be true.
Let us extend this one step further: you have multiple ‘selves’ or parts within you. It is part and parcel (pardon the pun) of the human experience. Many of these parts you may not be aware of. They form much of that inner reality we mentioned earlier. You could extend the same love and acceptance to the reality your parts live in. For it is only through love that you can bridge different realities.
Love and compassion. Curiosity and acceptance. Tools of the master.
At a time in which you are seeing the split between two different realities – that of the old Earth and the New – this mastery will serve you well. Do not argue with another’s reality. Gently point out your own, if invited. And allow Love to be the bridge.
And so it is.

“Dear Ones, we told you to buckle your seatbelts at the last new moon. Now we say, enjoy the ride! For you are here to do so.
What we mean by this is: you came into this physical time-space reality to be here at this time of transition. And there is much you can not control. There is wisdom in understanding what is in your sphere of influence – a very human understanding but a useful one, nonetheless. What we would invite you to do is to expand this understanding to know what is in your Divine Blueprint.
Within your Divine Blueprint, you have already worked out through the soul’s planning process what is yours to do. Help dismantle the old, help create the New, or both. And how you would be best placed to do this at each point in time according to your level of consciousness. As your level of consciousness raises, it is like ‘levelling up’ in a game: what you can do and what you no longer need to do changes.
And so within your Divine Blueprint you have all the potentialities for every level of consciousness and every point in ‘time’. Instead of fearing what is happening outside of your sphere of influence and outside of what is within your Divine Blueprint to do, focus on what you can do and focus on what you are here to do! To do otherwise is like revving the engine while having the handbrake on; you will wear yourself out.
Instead, release the handbrake by attuning to and aligning with what is in your Divine Blueprint – what is Higher Will. And as you do so, allow your vehicle to move forward with the knowledge you are being guided and steered to what is in your best and highest good – and therefore what is in the best and highest good of all concerned.
You are not here to wear yourselves out pointlessly and needlessly. But to offer yourselves up for a higher purpose where you are also supported in the process, now that is the enjoyment of the ride!
Be at ease. Slow down your thinking. Calm the body and the nervous system. Get comfortable with turning within to attune to your Higher Wisdom. And allow yourselves to fill up with the Love and Light it contains.
And then go forth! Go forth spreading your Love and sharing your Light. You are here to do great things. If only you are wise enough to discern what is yours to do – and what is not. But when you are, we say go forth and do it! This is the power of blessed action.
Blessed action is aligned action. It has purpose. It has vision. And, most importantly, it has soul. And we mean this literally. You are working with your soul, not from the powers of the ego.
And it makes all the difference in the world.
And so it is.

“Buckle your seatbelts and get ready for the ride! It is the New Moon in Aquarius, Dear Ones. The first new moon since we declared the Age of Aquarius fully anchored into your reality. And of course, this new moon just so happens to be a new moon in Aquarius.
While there have been a number of markers and shifts to usher in the Age of Aquarius – spanning over decades – to have the Age of Aquarius fully anchored in means many things. We have a whole ‘age’ to share them! But at this time, during this New Moon in Aquarius, you have a very distinct marker. And this marker is the end of the old and the beginning of the new.
While we shared this in our previous full moon post, we wish to emphasis this now on a more personal level. You will see many closure points at this time of projects, collaborations, and other creations as they are no longer supported in a new energy. Conversely, you will see new projects, new collaborations, and new creations supported like they have never been before!
Do not cling to the old. Flow like water flows through changes in the landscape. The energetic landscape has indeed changed, Dear Ones. Embrace the new and the new opportunities coming to you now. Recognise the markers of what is supported in the new energies: collaborations, projects, and creations created on a soul level. And not just on a soul level (karmic collaborations, projects, and creations can also be created on a soul level). But we mean Love-based soul creations. Those which are supported within the consciousness of Love and the New Earth energies.
These are the markers for the New.
Old karmic cycles are complete. And while this is only the beginning of a new one, it does not mean you need to repeat what has already been done before. Evolve!
You are evolving to a new level of consciousness: that of the consciousness of Love, which is the consciousness driving and supporting the New Earth energies.
Everything else must fall away.
And so it is.

“Dear Ones, at this first full moon of the year, we share with you the following guidance. You are at a juncture point in energies which has been unfolding for a while. The Age of Aquarius is truly here!
While it is true that the Age of Aquarius has had many markers to it, the shift of Pluto into Aquarius has been the final one. This means that the celestial energies supporting the Age of Aquarius is now in place. And while there are many, many things still to unfold within the Age of Aquarius – it goes for more than two thousand years, after all – there can no longer be any doubt as to its status.
The Age of Aquarius will bring about a complete change and shift in thinking on a collective level. Old structures are crumbling – and new ones are being built. Those based in Love, in community, and in unity. Structures based in control, fear, and manipulation are no longer tenable. It is the end of win/lose paradigms and the beginning of collaboration and co-creation.
You are now being called to be more mindful as to which reality you are focussing upon. Which energies are you ‘feeding’ with your attention. Call in your power to create a love-based reality for all. One where all are loved, cared for, and respected. One where all benefit – not only a limited few.
We are guiding – and calling in – all those who wish to hold and anchor the vision of this Love-based reality. For, through you, we are making it so.

“Dear Ones, humanity has the opportunity to reset and renew its vision of humanity. This is indeed a global opportunity.
Whenever adversity or any event takes place, how you respond defines you. Respond with compassion? You are compassionate. Respond with love? You are loving. Respond with kindness? You are kind.
The converse is also true: respond with vengeance, and you are vengeful. Respond with brutality, you are brutal. And respond with oppression, you are an oppressor.
Always it has been thus. Each action, each moment, an opportunity to define yourselves.
But let us also say this: you need not be locked into these definitions even if you are defining yourselves.
YOU ALWAYS HAVE THE POWER TO CHOOSE AGAIN.

“Dear Ones, we are here at another turning of your calendar year. And we are ready to share all that is required to know at this time. For after all, you have your own source of knowing, your own source of wisdom, waiting for you to tap into: In the Inner Sanctum of your Heart, you may open the portal within to All That Is and to the wisdom of our Creator.
This year expands upon the themes of Love from last year. But they extend them and they expand them. Whereas last year had you look at all that was not Love – within you, within the world, within the collective – this year has you committing to the path of Love.
Love is the Way. The Answer. The Solution. Love is the miracle. Love IS.
And for Love to be the Truth of who you are, you must reclaim it, embrace it, and embody it within you.
Love is your guide. The answer to every question, the solution to every problem. And of course, how love is expressed is infinitely variable. Its essential nature, however, does not vary.
Love may seem too simple an answer. And yet we say, you have not truly understood Love if this is your response. For Love is Mighty. Love is the Creator. Love IS.
The particular frequencies of Love you are moving through this year are those particularly pertaining to the Divine Mother. The Divine Mother as part of the One has stepped forth to protect her children. The Divine Mother – however you may know her – is infinite, is powerful, and resolute. For she will protect her children – and all children are her children.
And so, this year opens you up further – more than you have ever been before – to Love. To the power of Love, the mercy of Love, the kindness of Love, the Truth of Love. It is the force that connects and permeates through All. Ultimately, it is undeniable. It is only here on this Earth plane that you get to choose Love – or not.
Choose Love and be transformed. Choose Love and be touched with grace. Choose Love and allow yourselves to get even closer to your essential nature: Love!
And so it is.

Integrating the science of psychology with the wisdom of spirituality.
Words cannot express how blessed I am to be able to do this work and be able to touch people in this way. To be able to share something that is in my heart and expresses my Truth is a true honour and blessing. And to be able to do this for such beautiful souls on my path, who are also powerful healers and spiritual beings in their own right is truly humbling.
My path to facilitating crystal meditations and integrative therapy sessions has been an interesting one to say the latest. I have an honours degree in psychology and graduate qualifications in developmental trauma with more than 20 years experience in tHe field. I’ve worked 15 years in child protection, working with children, adolescents and their families and carers. I still consult in the industry and I am also a Member of the Board of a youth homelessness organisation.
It is my work with deeply troubled adolescents that ignited my deep passion in the neurobiology of trauma. And of course discovered that it affects every sphere of our lives - our learning, our relationships, parenting, mental as well as physical health. The list goes on.
I’ve also experienced more than my own fair share of trauma. My path to healing has been eclectic. Exploring many different modalities. Traditional psychology and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) did not work for me. For me, this type of psychology remains only embedded in the mind but does not reach the body. And while psychology is exploring somatic forms of therapy, it does not always reach the heart and it certainly neglects the soul. I find this extremely limiting. It is why I like to say that I am putting the psyche back into psychology. But also the heart. For without the holding space that compassion and the unconditional love of the Divine (expressed through a pure heart) gives, then healing can not occur, no matter the modality - spiritual, traditional, or otherwise.
I know that there is a large body of research evidence that documents the benefits of meditation, including the measurable changes to areas of the brain such as the middle prefrontal cortex. This is the most integrative part of the brain, connecting the distributed nervous system, both hemispheres, as well as subcortical regions of the brain. There is also an established evidence base to the resilience-building benefits of connecting with a life-affirming religion or spirituality. But I also know that the benefits of integrating all these elements into my practice means that what can be achieved is beyond measure.
My approach has been to integrate all of this into what I call ‘Integrative therapy’. It not only integrates mind, body, heart, and soul but it is also integrative. In other words, it integrates our fragmented selves, putting back together all the shattered pieces of ourselves. I know what it is like to feel broken. But in gathering all the disconnected pieces of ourselves, we can transmute this pain into the alchemy of gold.
I know I have created something that I myself find healing. That I myself would want to experience. I have to say that I have been truly humbled by this journey. Where it takes me is always wondrous to me. And that I get to share in this journey with such beautiful souls is miraculous to me.
Peter Levine, the world-renowned expert on trauma, talks about how post-traumatic growth can lead to a spiritual awakening. This is certainly true for me. It was through my own self-healing process and meditating with crystals that fully awakened my spiritual gifts. My love and passion for crystals, my ability to move energy through them and open up to the energies of the Divine is what has led to my energy healing work. You could say that I have a scientific mind and a mystic heart.
