My Peaceful Universe

My Peaceful Universe Hi, nice to meet you. My name is Isabelle Fitzgerald. This started my journey towards practising mindfulness and meditation.

Neuro Transformational Therapy, Mindfulness and Meditation to master anxiety, heal trauma and re-build loving relationships 🧡 Transformative coaching for kids, teens and adults. 👉https://bit.ly/3NIfcQy I personally have been married for more than 25 years and like all partnerships my husband and I have had our ups and downs. The big shift came when I had my two amazing children and encountered debilitating anxiety during my mid-life. What happened next...

I then completed a Mindfulness-Integrated Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (MiCBT) program which totally transformed my wellbeing and outlook on relationships and life. From there I became the founder and director of My Peaceful Universe. An organisation devoted to teaching mindfulness and meditation to kids, teens and adults struggling with anxiety to help them find peace, confidence and calm. After running mindfulness & meditation classes locally on Sydney's Northern Beaches for 5 years my program was launched into primary schools and and is now available to educators globally with over 10'000 downloads internationally. Now a Neuro Transformational Coach, I focus on rewiring both the nervous system and the mind, which is key to healing, breaking through anxiety and, rebuilding valuable relationships. As a leading anxiety relief and relationship coach. I passionately share my deep experience helping busy men and women, teenagers and kids struggling with stress and anxiety heal themselves and their relationships with in 6 weeks.

Have you ever noticed how life seems to reflect how you’re feeling inside?

Life reflects our inner state back to us, like a mirror.

Do you ever notice yourself saying, “I can’t afford it”, almost without realising?

When those words repeat, they quietly become an inner story.
The body tightens.
We begin living from a feeling of not enough.

And life reflects that back.
More moments of “I can’t afford it”.
More hesitation.

The same happens with anxiety.

When worry becomes familiar, the body stays tense and alert.
Life can start to feel heavy, even when things are actually okay.

Each morning, I choose to come back to calm, safety, and a feeling of abundance in my body.
I live from being that now.

From that place, life begins to reflect it back.
More ease.
More peace.

We attract from who we are being, not from what we want.

What would it be like to move through your days feeling more settled, calm, and supported?

Can I share something with you?
I’ve never watched the news.
Not because I don’t care…
But because I feel everything.

Music, TV, the news, even social media,
it all has an impact.
Sometimes I’ll listen or scroll and feel fine…
Other times my chest feels tight.
My jaw clenches.
My heart races.
And I wonder why I suddenly feel off.

I’ve learned to listen.
To notice how things affect me.
To pay attention to what I’m letting into my world.

Because everything we absorb, sound, energy, stories,
it shifts something in us.
And I want to feel calm and steady.
Soft.
Safe in my body.

So now I ask:
Does this feel calming or heavy?
Is this nourishing me, or leaving me feeling unsettled?

Not from fear.
But from love đź’›
From mindfulness.
From a deep respect for my sensitivity.

And maybe today, just gently, you can ask,
Is what I’m letting in… calming or unsettling?
Lifting me up or pulling me down?
Nourishing me, or slowly depleting me?

“When you own your breath, no one else can steal your peace.”
– Unknown

A gentle reminder,
your breath is your anchor.

In the middle of the storm,
in the noise, the stress,
Gently come back to it.

One breath.
Then another.

Inhale and exhale.

Softly and slowly.

Feel your nervous system settling.
Your heart smiling.
And remember peace begins with you.

With Infinite Love,

Isabelle 🌺💕🫶

“What’s wrong with me? Why haven’t I healed?”

It’s the sentence I hear most from the women I work with.
And truthfully… I used to ask it too.

But here’s what I’ve come to understand:

There’s nothing wrong with you.
There’s just a younger version of you,
still holding pain from moments she didn’t know how to process,
from stories she couldn’t make sense of.

When you shift the question to:
“What part of me needs healing?”
something softens.

You begin to notice her.
You begin to listen.
And slowly… she begins to feel safe again.
And when she feels safe, you do too.

This is what healing can look like.

Reconnecting with the younger you,
with presence, care, and compassion.

That’s when things begin to shift, gently, quietly…
And you begin to feel more like you again.

If you’ve been in that place,
you’re not alone.
And you don’t have to stay there.

This is the heart of what we do inside Neuro Transformation Therapy.

At Christmas, we’re often invited to slow down and be more present 🤍

I believe this begins with how we meet ourselves.
With kindness.
With compassion.
With an openness to whatever is here.

When we offer that care to ourselves first,
it naturally flows outward.
Into how we speak.
How we listen.
How we are with the people around us.

This is how presence becomes a gift,
one that begins within
and is quietly offered to others.

Wishing you all Christmas love,
Isabelle 🎄🥰🤍

My heart feels deeply touched today 🤍

I came home to this beautiful surprise, a gift at my door from a client who has walked with me through mindfulness and then into deeper Neuro Transformation Therapy work.

The Christmas bush is so vibrant, the colours filling my home. I smile every time I walk into the room. I genuinely beam. 🥰

To witness her transformation over time has moved me deeply.
Anxiety no longer runs her life.
Her nervous system feels settled and safe.
Peace, steadiness, and self-trust are now how she lives.

Peace is your true nature.
And staying steady amongst life’s storms becomes so much easier once the nervous system has been supported back into safety.

At our core, love is our baseline.
When the old invisible programs, trauma, unhelpful narratives, long-held beliefs, begin to clear, we naturally return there.
And life changes.

These flowers feel like a living reminder of why I love my work.
Why I show up.
Why this matters so deeply to me.

The shifts I witness never stop touching my heart.

Thank you to every single human who has put their trust in me this year.
I appreciate each and every one of you, and it has been an honour to walk beside you.

You are one decision away from returning to love.
And you deserve it.

My home feels filled with gratitude and joy tonight.
Thank you 🤍

Christmas Blessings & Love,

Isabelle ❤️

Have you noticed how quickly the mind goes to what’s wrong?

It seems to happen without effort, replaying worries, scanning for problems, assuming the worst. I did this for years without really noticing. It just felt normal.

What helped me shift wasn’t trying to be positive or pushing thoughts away.
It was noticing where my attention kept going… and gently choosing something different.

Mindfulness really supported me with that. Not as something to master, just as a way of becoming more aware. Of catching myself earlier. Of softening instead of spiralling.

And slowly, my mind learned another option:
possibility.

Not ignoring what’s hard,
just allowing space for something more.

If you notice yourself focusing on what’s not working today, pause for a moment and ask:
what else might be possible here?

Sometimes that small shift is enough. 🌿

With infinite love,
Isabelle 🤍

I’ve been thinking a lot about the little ways we check out…
the extra glass of wine, the endless scroll, the quiet numbing at the end of a long day.

Most of the time, it isn’t because we’re doing anything wrong.
It’s because the old, invisible program inside us is still running,
the one that learned to cope by disconnecting, pushing through, or staying busy.

And that program is powerful… until you start noticing it.

This is why checking in matters.

A gentle pause.
A breath.
A moment to ask yourself,
“How am I? What do I need right now?”

It seems small, but it shifts everything.
Because when you actually notice yourself,
you interrupt that old pattern
and your system doesn’t need to escape anymore.

Those automatic coping loops soften.
Your body settles.
And you start choosing what truly supports you,
instead of what gives temporary relief.

It’s not about perfection.
It’s about slowly, steadily updating the program,
one honest check-in at a time.

This is the work I hold for so many women,
helping them release the unhealthy patterns
that have been running their life for decades,
so they can finally feel calm, safe, and present again.

With Infinite Love,
Isabelle Fitzgerald đź’›

About My Peaceful Universe

Hello, my name is Isabelle Mary Fitzgerald, Mindfulness and Meditation has had such an amazing impact on my life and can have an amazing impact on your life too!

First I would love to tell you a little bit about myself, I am a mum with two beautiful children aged 9 and 12. I personally have been meditating for 20 years and started practising mindfulness since completing a Mindfulness-Integrated Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (MiCBT) program 11 years ago.

Like a lot of children, I suffered low self-esteem and low self-image issues. In my early 20’s I was diagnosed with Anorexia Nervosa. This was a very difficult time for myself and my family and in my mid 30’s after having my 1st child, I began struggling with anxiety.

Discovering MEDITATION in my early 20’s really helped me manage a lot of my anxiety issues. But it was discovering MINDFULNESS that truly made a significant impact on my mental health transforming my life in every way.
