Hi, nice to meet you. My name is Isabelle Fitzgerald. This started my journey towards practising mindfulness and meditation.
Neuro Transformational Therapy, Mindfulness and Meditation to master anxiety, heal trauma and re-build loving relationships 🧡 Transformative coaching for kids, teens and adults. 👉 https://bit.ly/4bNwBVv I personally have been married for more than 25 years and like all partnerships my husband and I have had our ups and downs. The big shift came when I had my two amazing children and encountered debilitating anxiety during my mid-life. What happened next...
I then completed a Mindfulness-Integrated Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (MiCBT) program which totally transformed my wellbeing and outlook on relationships and life. From there I became the founder and director of My Peaceful Universe. An organisation devoted to teaching mindfulness and meditation to kids, teens and adults struggling with anxiety to help them find peace, confidence and calm. After running mindfulness & meditation classes locally on Sydney's Northern Beaches for 5 years my program was launched into primary schools and and is now available to educators globally with over 10'000 downloads internationally. Now a Neuro Transformational Coach, I focus on rewiring both the nervous system and the mind, which is key to healing, breaking through anxiety and, rebuilding valuable relationships. As a leading anxiety relief and relationship coach. I passionately share my deep experience helping busy men and women, teenagers and kids struggling with stress and anxiety heal themselves and their relationships with in 6 weeks.

Have you been silencing your needs for a long time?
So many women were taught to be the “good girl”…
to keep the peace…
to not ask for too much.
But your needs matter.
Healing begins with deep listening.
With self compassion.
With honouring your truth… even when it feels unfamiliar.
Does this resonate with you today? 🤍

There’s something so regulating about this…👣
Feet in the sand.
The rhythm of the waves.
The feeling of being held by something bigger than your thoughts.
When everything feels loud inside…
this is where I come back to.
A moment to breathe…
to soften…
to feel supported again.
In this season of life, where so much can feel like it’s shifting…
these small moments matter more than ever.
Even a few minutes like this can bring you back to yourself.
When was the last time you gave yourself a moment like this? 🤍

Feeling a little flat today…
So I went to the beach.
Walked along the shoreline.
Felt the sand under my feet.
Breathed in the salty air.
Then I took a dip.
Something about the water…
just brings me back.
Back into my body.
Back into the moment.
Back to myself.
A slower day.
A softer pace.
And that’s where I am today 🤍
If you needed this… take it as your sign to step outside for a moment.
You’ve built a good life.
Your career, your family, your responsibilities. On the outside, things look stable.
But inside, you still find yourself feeling emotionally exhausted.
You might snap at someone you love, or shut down completely… and later wonder why it happened, feeling guilty about it.
The truth is, many of these patterns aren’t something we can simply think our way out of. They live in the nervous system, not in logic.
That’s what Neuro Transformation Therapy works to change — helping people feel calmer, lighter, and less reactive in their everyday lives.
If this resonates with you, there’s a link where you can learn more or book a no-pressure discovery call.

Not everyone grew up feeling emotionally safe.
This is something I see often in the clients I work with… and something I understand personally too.
Many people grew up in homes where they didn’t always feel safe, seen or truly heard.
When a child doesn’t feel safe, the nervous system learns to stay on alert.
Later in life this can show up as anxiety, overthinking, people-pleasing, or being very hard on yourself.
Over the years I’ve realised how many people have had a similar experience.
One of the most powerful parts of healing is discovering this:
The safe, secure, soothing parent you needed as a child can live within you now. ❤️
Learning how to reparent yourself and create emotional safety is the work I guide my clients through.
You deserve that same care and safety now.
Does any part of this resonate with your story?
With Infinite Love,
🤍 Isabelle Fitzgerald

This week I let someone go.
Not because I stopped caring…
but because I realised I could no longer keep abandoning myself.
Sometimes the hardest thing in life is accepting that someone you love
may never treat you with the kindness or respect you hoped for.
And there comes a moment — especially in midlife,
when protecting your peace becomes more important than keeping the connection.
So this week, I chose peace.
Not from anger.
Not from resentment.
But from a deeper understanding of my own worth.
And if you’re learning to choose yourself too…
Please know this: it’s not selfish.
It’s healing.
đź’¬ Have you ever had to choose your peace, even when it was painful?
With Infinite Love 🤍 Isabelle

The nervous system of the home shapes the nervous system of the child.
Many of the patterns you carry today began there.
The beautiful thing is… they can be released.
This is the work I do with my clients every day.

Hello, my name is Isabelle Mary Fitzgerald, Mindfulness and Meditation has had such an amazing impact on my life and can have an amazing impact on your life too!
First I would love to tell you a little bit about myself, I am a mum with two beautiful children aged 9 and 12. I personally have been meditating for 20 years and started practising mindfulness since completing a Mindfulness-Integrated Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (MiCBT) program 11 years ago.
Like a lot of children, I suffered low self-esteem and low self-image issues. In my early 20’s I was diagnosed with Anorexia Nervosa. This was a very difficult time for myself and my family and in my mid 30’s after having my 1st child, I began struggling with anxiety.
Discovering MEDITATION in my early 20’s really helped me manage a lot of my anxiety issues. But it was discovering MINDFULNESS that truly made a significant impact on my mental health transforming my life in every way.
Rivers Story
In 2016 my son River was accepted into the opportunity class at Mona Vale Primary School and started suffering anxiety just before his Year 5 school camp. His anxiety caused shallow breathing and started causing serious trouble with his sleeping. River stopped going to his dance classes, and didn’t want to go to school. As a parent his struggle was heartbreaking. I decided to introduce River to Guided Meditation, as well as Formal and Informal Mindfulness. River learned to observe his thoughts, and, with breathing techniques was able to calm himself at night to sleep.
Thankfully, with the help of River’s school counsellor, who understood mindfulness, and his caring teacher, River conquered his fears, had a great experience at school camp, and went on to become prefect at Mona Vale Public School in year 6.
A Profound Impact
Seeing first-hand the positive effects Mindfulness and Meditation can have on a child’s life I made the decision that it was important to create accessible Mindfulness and Meditation resources for families and teachers experiencing the same struggles I experienced with my own son River.
Today, I am extremely passionate about providing these vital tools for parents and educators in a flexible format, that will greatly benefit all our lives. I am also personally dedicated to teaching Mindfulness and Meditation to children in a fun and engaging way, encouraging children to see life as an amazing adventure with new and curious eyes.
