The Single Leg Wall Sit Calf Raise targets the quadriceps isometrically while the soleus muscle is loaded through its range.

Here,Physio Ffion demonstrates the movement

If you enjoy running, make sure you incorporate some bent-knee calf work, as the soleus generates up to three times more force when running compared to your gastrocnemius muscle.

Our facility contains a complete functional strength and conditioning facility, combined with our expertise in diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of injuries makes us the number one destination from the 9-5 office worker, tradies, mothers, weekend warriors, all the way through to elite athletes.
