We've launched the Snow Sport Injury and Performance Program across our Edgecliff and Coogee clinics — physiotherapy-led, with a structured approach to pre-season conditioning, ACL rehabilitation, and return-to-snow planning.

For junior skiers heading into school competitions, the program includes targeted conditioning work to build the strength, power, and movement quality that competition demands.

The program is led by Alex Hull, an Edgecliff physiotherapist with experience supporting Olympic and World Cup level skiers — and someone who skied competitively herself.

The B-stance barbell hip thrust is a great progression between a traditional hip thrust and single-leg variations.

What’s the difference between a Lat Pulldown vs Neutral Grip Lat Pulldown?

Both target your lats and upper back, helping build strength and improve posture — but the grip changes muscle emphasis and shoulder load.

👉 Wide grip = more lat width + upper back strength
👉 Neutral grip = more shoulder-friendly and often used in rehab
