We’ are proud to announce that BeFit Training Physiotherapy Edgecliff is now an official ONERO™ provider.

So, what is ONERO™?
- A scientifically validated exercise program designed to enhance bone health and reduce the risk of osteoporotic fracture.
- Developed from the LIFTMOR Study at Griffith University, which found that just 2 sessions per week of targeted impact training led to:
Increases in bone density at the lumbar spine (on average +1%)
Improved posture and balance

Meet Beth, our new massage therapist & sports rehab specialist 🙌

From competing in dressage + showjumping in the UK to working with Harlequins Rugby, UK Athletics & local sports teams, Beth has built a wealth of experience in rehabilitation, movement analysis & pain psychology.

Her treatment style combines manual therapy techniques + tailored exercise prescription to support recovery, reduce pain, and improve performance.

Outside the clinic, Beth loves running, walking her dogs, and travelling 🐕✈️

🌟 Meet Millie, our newest physiotherapist who’s all about helping people get back to doing what they love most.

With a background in sport science and a Master of Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney, Millie brings both expertise and empathy to every session. She’s worked in high-performance sport, including as a strength & conditioning coach for the Sydney Roosters NRLW team 🏉.

Having faced her own injuries, Millie knows firsthand how important it is to rebuild not just strength, but also confidence. She designs tailored programs that guide patients safely and effectively through recovery.

She’s especially passionate about supporting women in sport and exercise, and when she’s not in the clinic, you’ll find her in the gym, on the rugby field, at the beach, or with a strong coffee in hand ☕️.

Millie will be based at our Edgecliff clinic through the week.

We offer services that include, physiotherapy, exercise physiology, soft tissue massage and dry needling, high performance coaching and athlete development. Our facility contains a complete functional strength and conditioning facility, combined with our expertise in diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of injuries makes us the number one destination from the 9-5 office worker, tradies, mothers, weekend warriors, all the way through to elite athletes.
