My name is Mel and along with my little business partner Flynn, we have enjoyed Kangatraining since he was 4 months old. Kangatraining is a great exercise program, specifically targeted at post-natal women that allows their babies to be included as well! We also offer PreKanga for our pregnant ladies, Powerhouse for our pelvic floor and Kangatraining Kids for our toddlers and PreSchoolers. If you need something a bit more intense we now have KangaBurn (HIIT style class - mums must be at least 12 months postpartum). 🧘‍♀️ KANGA POWERHOUSE 🧘‍♀️

The KangaPowerhouse program is designed to educate, empower and equip women with tools to assist in strengthening the powerhouse of your body: Your Pelvic Floor!

During this 8 week course you will learn
⭐️ Functional exercises
⭐️ Fascia and the pelvic floor
⭐️ Toileting tips
⭐️ Pelvic safe behaviour
⭐️ Deep core activation
⭐️ Breathing practice

Many women have a weakened pelvic floor and suffer from symptoms such as leaking urine, passing wind involuntarily, reduced sensation during s*x and the list goes on.

It's common. But it's not normal and not something any woman should live with without seeking help.

Suitable for all fitness levels and is pelvic floor and diastasis recti safe. You can start Kangatraining from 6 weeks after a vaginal birth or 12 weeks after a caesarean section.

Our Story

Hi, my name is Mel and I am the owner of Kangatraining Narellan and Surrounds, as well as Cronulla and Surrounds.

I started Kangatraining when my youngest Joey was 4 moths old - he’s now 2.5yrs and still loves getting up in the carrier for a dance. Kangatraining is a great exercise program, specifically targeted at post-natal women that allows their babies to be included as well! It is lots of fun and a great way to improve your physical and mental health, as well as meet other new mums in the area.
