Yoga jams in Bali with gorgeous yoga teachers 🩷🩷
I love teaching Vinyasana flows that thread forever or have postures that we don’t at times do. The unexpected .
Love this balance and Sarah calls it stacking the plates😂😝 when I taught it in a class at the Retreat..
I have always known it as a posture derived from Indian Classical dance but 🤷‍♀️ I could be wrong. Please comment if you are aware of Sanskrit name 🙏🏼
