Day 7️⃣ Scans of Xmas. 27 yo player with ankle pain after spraining. Kept playing for 50 min strapped. AVN of talar dome. 6 weeks NWB to avoid collapse. RTP in 10 weeks

Day 6️⃣ Scans of Xmas. 31yo with a sprained ankle. I saw him at 2 months with an unstable talar dome lesion. Medial talar dome do much worse than lateral. We treated with and non weight bearing for 6 weeks.

Day 5️⃣: Scans of Xmas. 13 yo state runner who peeled away prox fibular attachment of peroneus longus. Was a first for me. We tried a modified and he managed to race 3 weeks later
