Ease Wellness is moving from Summer Hill to a newly renovated, beautiful space in Hurlstone Park next week!

I have great respect & admiration for Kate’s work, so when an opportunity arose to work alongside her in her new clinic, I jumped at the chance.

I will be working in Hurlstone Park on WEDNESDAYS 9am - 5pm.
This is an amazing opportunity for me to spread my wings into another beautiful suburb of the Inner West!

Don't fret, I am not leaving Croydon!! I will still be working in Croydon on Thursdays 8.30am - 7pm and Saturdays 8.30am - 1.30pm.

I look forward to seeing you soon.

I've been feeling a bit flat lately so thought I should 'have a taste of my own medicine.' My daughter captured the before and after photos!
Some herbs really do taste foul!🤮
BUT they are also magical. One quick shot twice a day is easy to manage.

The reason I LOVE herbs is because I can formulate a herbal mixture that is tailored just for YOU! I can mix 6 or 7 different herbs that can treat any number of different things - bloating, constipation, insomnia, anxiety, inflammation, period pain....you name it, there's a herb for it.

Herbs really are magical ❤

Who is sick of the cold and the rain????

Spring is on it's way - thank goodness!

These beautiful blossoms appeared in my garden a few weeks ago and they made my heart sing!!

Spring is my favourite season of all. New leaves & flowers appearing, the crisp mornings and warmer days....what's not to love?

It was so lovely to spend time in nature during the school holidays. These photos were taken on the Grand Canyon walk in the Blue Mountains. When we live in the hustle and bustle of Sydney it's easy to forget we have these beautiful spots only an hour away!

My most favourite natural wonder is WATERFALLS! They make my heart sing! The last photo is me standing behind one - it was mesmerising! The water was absolutely freezing so I'm going back in summer so I can stand under the flowing water - MAGIC!

WHAT ARE YOU DOING ON FRIDAY???

Do you want to come and visit me in Summer Hill?

I have added a clinic day at Ease Wellness in Summer Hill working in the beautiful space created by Kate Anderson. It is exciting to have a new space and a new day to offer you!

I will still be working in Croydon on Thursdays 8.30am - 7pm and alternate Saturdays 8.30am - 1.30pm but now have Fridays at Summer Hill from 10am - 5pm.

The photo on the left was taken last time I was in Nepal in 2003. Bodhnath still takes my breath away. Walking bare foot in such a holy place, listening to monks chanting and seeing all those prayer flags flying is truly incredible. We wrote the names of our family members on a set of prayer flags that will fly at Bodhnath and bless everyone 🙏 The flags are taken down every few weeks and taken to another temple and our family will continue to be blessed all across Nepal. I sent blessings to all my extended family, friends, colleagues, clients and to YOU too!
We can learn so much from the Nepali people. Their grace, patience, kindness and respect for one another is admirable.
Everyone greets each other with 'Namaste' - which translates as 'the light in me sees the light in you'.
I am sending blessings to you from Nepal.

I am very blessed to be celebrating International Women's Day with 3 generations of amazing women in my family.

To my family and all the other incredible women in my life, thank you for your love, friendship and support.

Let's celebrate the women in our life today - their journeys, their challenges and their achievements.

Most of all, I want to celebrate that I am so proud to be a woman, I feel so blessed to support other women to be the best they can be, to love with BIG, open hearts and to seize every opportunity to feel ALIVE.
